We stayed here for a few nights with our family (two kids, one 6 years old and one 7 months). The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, and almost next to Terminal 21. Super convenient! The hotel is quite narrow, but very clean and well maintained. We had a triple room, which worked well for us. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, a great, tidy hotel in an ideal location!

Disclaimer: I am also a hotelier, so my reviews are very objective. The big bright bathroom with a window, in a small room is refreshing.The Bed is spacious and comfortable. First impressions last, and this boutique hotel made it an art form. Staff can see guests arriving and open doors as soon as you reach the entrance. Welcome drink this time is interesting, a bottle of Yakult. The manager said she rotates drinks regularly. Check in was a breeze, and though my room was not ready because of an early arrival, the manager took my number down with the intention of informing me when the room is ready before checkin time. And true enough, it was ready before noon. Personal touch makes the difference. A vendor happened to stop in front selling what looked like an interesting breakfast, when I asked the staff what it was, they told me it is a popular snack, and then bought one for me to try. That is next level hospitality. Location cant be beat. Guests can buy breakfast from the vendors outside, or eat at the many restaurants around the area. The best neighbourhood for tourists in Bangkok. And the staff obvously love their work and it shows.

Sib Kao has the best customer service ever. So friendly, hospitable. Thank you to the lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name), she was so sweet. Thank you to the housekeepers who worked hard so we could come back to the hotel to a clean room, and a made up bed. There are even 2 buttons (“do not disturb” and “ready for cleaning”) in the room for easy communication with the housekeepers And thank you to Frank who helped us load our luggage into the taxi when we left to the airport. I want to thank all of you for hard work and making my holiday so wonderful. Sib Kao should be proud of their staff, they really are the best

Staffs are the best...very helpful. They even greeted my daughter for her post birthday. Location is second. Since we will be joining tours for 2 days, we opted to stay in the center where bts and mtr are both accessible. Also, this hotel is next to Terminal 21, where food is easily accessible. Mcdonald's, 7/11 are very near as well. I did not give a full 10 because you have to request for some amenities which should be available in the room already. Room is small but well planned. The bed is a bit elevated since you can put luggaes at the lower portion of the bed. Overall, its a value for money- nice hotel in good location with incredible staffs and good stable internet.

I was impressed by the cleanliness✨️ and spaciousness of the room🚿, as well as the overall ambiance of the hotel. Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any requests I had. I must give special thanks to the manager for going above and beyond to accommodate my specific needs, particularly in ensuring the safe storage of my breastmilk🥛 in the freezer. Her kindness and attention to detail made a significant difference in my stay and I am truly grateful for her extra efforts🙏🫶. The hotel's location was also ideal, being close to both the BTS and MRT stations, as well as popular attractions like Terminal 21🛍, 7-11, and Health Land Asoke massage💆♀️. 🍚The morning basil rice🍳 on the street stall is superb yummy 😋

pros: staff are very friendly and very helpful.They are the highlight of the hotel.The day we check out,we called Grab ,the staff even helped us to look for the car if coming and helped put our luggage on car. Clean room, conveniently located near to BTS Asoke and suhkuvmit mrt. Terminal 21 mall. Can be abit noisy if room is facing main road. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel is perfect for visitors who need a clean, peaceful room with a nice location near terminal 21 (nice shopping mall) and emquartier. it has no facilities but the area is nice and the price is reasonable.

Room was clean, good service, friendly staff especially Ms Bin and Tony 😁. The bed was comfortable to sleep. We stayed for 5 days. Everyday they will clean the room and change towels. This my second time I stayed in Sib kao. The photo is exactly same as the room. Will come back again

Staff was very attentive and gave me a small surprise for my upcoming birthday. Bed was very comfortable and Wifi has been working throughout my stay. Location was unbeatable in close proximity to terminal 21 for a very fair price!
